The new color variant Charcoal replaces the previous classic black and impresses with a noble anthracite tone that particularly effectively highlights the distinctive native pattern. The vest is made of 100% cotton in an elaborate 12 Gauge Double Jacquard Knit. This special double jacquard technique creates an exceptionally dense yet comfortably breathable knit structure that visually resembles historical Chimayo or Navajo wool fabrics but is significantly lighter and more comfortable to wear.
The entire NGT Knit Series is produced exclusively in the Japanese prefecture of Niigata, a region with decades of tradition in high-quality knitwear. From yarn and knitting to careful assembly, every production step is carried out in regional family businesses. The result is exceptionally high-quality knitwear with excellent dimensional stability, high breathability, and comfortable wear.
Practical patch pockets and high-quality original Baby-Snap press studs perfectly round off the authentic heritage look. Thanks to the robust workmanship, the vest remains dimensionally stable and almost pill-free even after many years of intensive wear.

Fit
The NGT Native Vest has a classic regular fit and is ideal as an additional layer over T-shirts, Henleys, or flannel shirts. The slightly form-fitting cut means it doesn't add bulk while still providing plenty of freedom of movement.
For a regular fit, we recommend your usual size.
Styling Tip
The color Charcoal is particularly versatile and harmonizes perfectly with raw denim, selvedge jeans, chinos, or HBT pants. Worn over a white T-shirt, a classic chambray shirt, or a Henley, it creates an authentic heritage look.
