All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL. Orders are prepared within one business day, and we ship from Monday to Friday.

Austria: €10 — Free shipping on orders over €200
European Union: €20 — Free shipping on orders over €250
Rest of Europe (non-EU): €25 — Free shipping on orders over €300
USA / Canada: €35 — Free shipping on orders over €350
Rest of the world: €35 — Free shipping on orders over €450

Dear U.S. customers,

the current de minimis threshold of $800 USD will be abolished per 29.August 2025 for shipments coming from the EU!

Therefore please note that Duty and Taxes will occur on any Import shipment to the US!

Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser: import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
